Located in the Western corner of Austria, Dornbirn is of special importance to Kecskemét as twin towns. In 1995 the Austrian children performed circus shows.

Two groups arrived from Dornbirn, twin-town of Kecskemét to the festival in 2006: Jugendornbirn and OJAD, who performed two choreographies in a common show, and they gave a small sample of the traditional Dornbirn-cloths.
2008. We could welcome youth again from Dornbirn, the twin town of Kecskemét. The members of the Public Youth Work Dornbirn (Offene Jugendarbeit Dornbirn, OJAD) performed folksongs and dances from Vorarlberg with great success.

One of the most memorable group of the first children meeting was the group from Vienna. We recognised only at the arrival of the group that the children were really small, 5 years old. Neither the Austrian group nor the Hungarians knew something about the other. Together with this the children from Vienna were a bright spot of the children meeting.
